CERTIFICATE COURSE

2024/25

 

The course

Duration: approx  4 months ~ 3000 hours

 I take  long weekends & pubic holidays into account .

Requirements

Students must be available in the flesh

for 5 hrs  every other  Sunday  in healesville for 5 months.

Students must complete all homework.

 In special cases if the student can’t finish the course for good reason  I will gladly extend the course . 

THE  MODULES

Each module will be given to you at our fortnightly class.

Module 1/

seated postures / twists / The 8 Limbs

Take home questionnaire to be

completed over next two-weeks

on ” The 8 limbs of Yoga  ”

 

Module 2/

kneeling postures /standing postures / the  chakras

 

Module 3/

gentle semi-inversions/ neck work  /standing postures /

Module 4/

supine (laying down) postures; pranayama aka breath work

Module 5/

 mantra /shavasana  / meditation

 last week

PRACTICE CLASS

 The student will select 6 few favorite  postures

and teach them to the rest of the class.

The class will offer useful and kind critics.

 

Full Cost: $2400

  Discounts for  old students /pensioners/single parents
