The course

Duration:   7 weeks from AUGUST 4th  ~ SEPTEMBER 15th  2024 .

Requirements

`Some yoga experience.

`You must be available in the flesh

for 4 hrs  every  Sunday in Healesville for 7 weeks.

 

 I will provide a yum hot slow

cooked vegetarian lunch.

 

 In special cases if the student can’t finish the course for good reason  I will gladly extend the course . 

 

The student will keep their  work book which is 142 pages of pure hatha yoga knowledge.

 

week 1

seated postures / twists / The 8 Limbs

/week 2

kneeling postures /the electric body / the  chakras

week 3

gentle semi-inversions/ standing postures

week 4

standing postures

week 5

supine postures / pranayama~breath work

week 6

mantra /shavasana  /meditation~yoga nidra

week 7

Practice class….

 The student will select 6  postures

and teach them to the rest of the class.

The class will offer useful and kind critics.

 

Full Cost:  employed $2,000

pension card:  $1,000

 I accept slow payment  via direct debit.
