I’ll book ten  un-powered camping sights for us right on the yarra. Its a gorgeous spot.

  3 sights are  all ready taken ..so only room for 7 more tents.

  However we you can squeeze as many people into the tents as we like,

but we are limited for space.

WHO CAN COME

This weekend is for absolute beginners and experienced.

 

INTENT 

My intent is to get your life force aka chi moving so that you feel alive and happy once again. To accomplish this we need to be immersed   in nature, in fresh mountain air where, according to Dr Joe Dispenza the quality of the air is so healing and so very different to that of our homes that it literally encourages happy hormones, so the the longer we spend immersed in nature the better.

 

WHERE:  Yarra Junction ~Yarra Valley.

  I like the  energy  of the old  camp ground ( not BIG4 ) near Yarra Junction which is  literately on the Yarra River . I’ve spoken with management and they are ok with a small group of yogis  as long as it doesn’t interfere with school or public holidays.

 

WHAT EXACTLY 

One night camping  ~  on a Weekend ~ hopefully near full moon

like all things in my realm everything is chill..so this time table is a guide its not very rigid.

HOME TIME

 

 

What u will need to bring:

Camping gear

extra food for munchies

a towel/sarong / sheet  for yoga (rubber yoga mats prevent earthing),

sarong or large scarf to be used when meditating out doors to keep mozzies off you.

  Earthing aka grounding

Yoga and meditation camp  aside for a moment, Earthing or grounding is one the most powerful health pursuits we can include in our day, but it seems for many westerners it is a forgotten practice…. Or perhaps it seems unpleasant to walk bare foot as we may get dirty or ruin our pedicure.

Indigenous folk whom many westerners refer to as ‘third world’ folk never had to wear shoes as  they lived in warm climates . They don’t experience diseased bodies and incredible suicide rates as westerners do  in part because they are earthing all day everyday …and if they are injured they need no hospital as the forest is laden with  medicine.

THE BODY~~We are each us a collection of dynamic electrical circuits. Trillions of cells constantly transmit and receiving energy. THIS INFO speaks very loudly to me. ‘’Take off your shoes lib’’… now and every day when possible…. However I live in a very chilly part of the world and decided I’m not brave enough for that in winter so I bought my self an EARTHING MATT for my bed to sleep  on.

A week later my blood pressure / hypertension issues are gone.

I can have coffee again with no palpitations.

Hypertension was super annoying.  Now I love a little weak organic coffee in the am so does my heart it appears.
