Most of the sound healing I choose these days in
classes is The Solfeggio Frequencies.
The favorite being 528Hz. My students love the way it
makes them feel for good reason
My new SOUND HEALING research suggests
SOLGEGGIO FREQUNCY 528 herz will reduce
oxidative stress in the brain! This is extremely
good news as Oxidative stress may be the cause
of neurodegenerative disorders such as
Alzheimer disease, Huntington disease,
and Parkinson disease.
Interestingly the Solfeggeio Frequencies
has Christian origins.
Based on the research of musicologist Professor Willi Appel ,
it’s likely the scale was first introduced by Guido d’Arezzo,
a Benedictine monk. Monks of this order of the Catholic
Church followed the Rule of Saint Benedict .
The earliest example of the scale was his musical
rendition of the Hymn to St. John the Baptist
or Ut queant laxis, based on an 8th century poem
attributed to another monk named Paulus Diaconus.
ST JOHNS PRAYER first stanza
Ut queant laxis
Notice the first syllable of the beginning lines. Ut-Re-Mi-Fa-Sol-La.
Ut queant laxis

A potentially Interesting
In the 1960’s 20th Century Fox media which merged
with Disney mysteriously embedded The 7 Solfeggio frequencies
into the song ‘DO RE MI’ sung by Julie Andrews in ‘Sound of Music.
1-*Do a deer, a female deer
2-Re a drop of golden sun
3-Mi a name, I call myself
4-FA a long, long way to run
5-So a needle pulling thread
6-La a note to follow So
7-Ti a drink with jam and bread.
*“Ut” was changed in 1600 in Italy to the open syllable Do,
at the suggestion of the musicologue Giovanni Battista Doni.
In the 1940s, a French doctor named
Alfred Tomatis developed
hearing and listening therapies known
as the Tomatis method,
or Audio-Psycho-Phonology (APP).
He used music to cure
hearing loss and successfully employed
it in treating
autism and learning disabilities
Is it a coincidence that Dr. Tomatis used recordings of
Gregorian chants, one of the original sources
of the Solfeggio scale.
Since ancient times, music has been recognized for
its therapeutic value. Greek physicians used flutes,
lyres, and zitters to heal their patients.
They used vibration to aid in digestion,
treat mental disturbance, and induce sleep
