Yin yoga and Yang yoga explained.

 

YIN YOGA  postures below may not look very easy to everyone but they are a way more gentle than the yang yoga .
 YIN YOGA >less effort ~cooling to nervous system  ~ lowers blood pressure nurturing~easy~healing  ~recuperative and restful

YANG YOGA postures below require good strength and  chi.
Yang yoga requires a lot of effort ~heats up nervous system ~ raises blood pressure ~hard work
great exercise.

 

 

TO understand the idea if of YIN  yoga we  must first understand the idea of its opposite YANG.
